Food Town takes viewers inside the independent grocery stores of North Carolina — the family-owned, community-rooted shops that define neighborhoods and keep food traditions alive in a world of big-box retail.

The series is a love letter to the people behind the counters: butchers, bakers, produce managers, and store owners who know their customers by name. A story about commerce and community, about what it means to feed people with care.
